He was predeceased by: his father Christoval Barrera, Sr.; and his grandparents, Reynaldo, Elvira Barrera, Hector and Juanita Gonzales.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Barrera; his mother Evangelina Barrera; his son Christopher Ray Barrera; his siblings, Bobby Barrera (Belinda Martinez), Steven Barrera (Sharie Sloss), Joseph Barrera (Melissa Rodriguez) and Christy Nordbeck (Kris); and his mother-in-law Nancy Garcia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
