He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Wayland and Elise Ardelle Todd, Sr. (Rehmet); his wife Maria Pena Todd; and his former wife Mary Benson (Guttery-Todd). He is survived by: his sons, Chester Wayland Todd III (Viola Saenz), Donald Franklin Todd and Johnny Lee Todd; his stepdaughters, Rosie Cuellar, Angie Frausto (Louis) and Patricia Ortiz (Eddie); his siblings, Charladette Ardelle Adams and Reynolds Franklin Todd; and his grandchildren, Austin W. Todd, Jefferey A. Saenz, Stephen A. Saenz, Abigail Todd (E. W.), Donald Todd, Brianna Torres, Hannah Torres, Christopher Gonzales, Jessica Cuellar and Gabriela Ortiz. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
