She is survived by: her daughter Evelyn Osuna (Mario) of San Antonio; her sister Martha Adamez of Dallas; her grandchildren, Jason David Perez of San Antonio, Ashley Frances Osuna (Lance) of San Antonio, Adriel Franco Osuna (Kayla) of San Antonio, Jerel Ray Perez (Gina) of Austin, Lisa Perez of Austin and Justin Israel Perez (Leslie) of Austin; and her great grandchildren, Presley Celia Perez, Israel Perez, Emily Nichole Bishop and Carter Evelyn Osuna.
