He was predeceased by: his brother Marcelino Gomez Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Luisa Gomez (Barrera) and Marcelino Gomez Sr. of Beeville; his children, Bobby Gomez Jr. of Beeville, Monica Rodriguez of Beeville, Jennifer Espinoza of Beeville, John Lawrence Villa of Beeville, Michael Villa of Beeville, Christy Amador of Beeville, Sabrina Gomez of Austin, Royce Havens of Rockport, Anthony Gomez of Portland, Elizabeth Rodriguez of Portland and Brandi Gamez of San Antonio; and his sisters, Mona Bridge (Alan), Patricia Nienhouse (Steven) and Joan Dominguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
