He is survived by: his wife Maria Luisa Baltazar; his children, Edward Baltazar and Jo Anna Soliz (Manuel); and his siblings, Santiago Baltazar, Josie Soliz and Dorothy Flax (Weirleis). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
