It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Armando Gomez of Beeville, Texas, who passed away on May 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Gomez Sr. and Evangelina "Eva" Gomez (Perez); his brother Antonio Gomez Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Norma Gomez. He is survived by: his wife Mary Esther Gomez (Brionez) of Beeville; his children, Armando Gomez Jr. (Linda) of Portland, Veronica Gomez of Sinton, Angela Gomez of Sinton and Jacob A. Gomez (Cynthia) of San Antonio; his siblings, Alfredo Gomez (Judy) of Corpus Christi, Arturo Gomez (Susan) of Corpus Christi, Arnold Gomez (Leticia) of Portland and Alicia Brown (George) of Beeville; and his parents-in-law, Riley and Mary Brionez. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
