He is survived by: his wife Maria Guerrero Perez of Beeville, Texas; his children, Michael Perez of Katy, Marvin Perez (Mary Ann) of Austin, John Andrew Perez of Beeville, Jason Perez of Katy, Texas and Roxanne Perez Valdez of Beeville, Texas; and his sisters, Anna Maria Covington (Matilde Covington), Marta Rivas (Fernando), Linda Perez and Margarita P. Rodriguez (Melia Baldillez). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
