He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelo Perez and Isabel Mejia. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Luis Cuevas (Monica), Priscilla Heinaman (Joe), Joe Cuevas (Rebecca), Adela Cumpian (Enrique), Joann Cuevas and Lisa Ann Banda; his brothers, Demteno Perez and Hildeberto Perez Mejia; and his wife Ana Maria Martinez Rodriguez. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 greatgrandchildren.
