She was predeceased by : her parents, Lifford Knuppel and Lois (Bacak). She is survived by : her son Ben Everett King (Kara); her grandchildren, Wesley, Brannon and Tierney of Bee Cave; and her sisters, Linda Koenig (James) of Angleton and Karen Klaus (Ralph) of Ganado, Texas. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be to the Ganado Education Foundation in memory of Joyce King.
