He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilley Carrington and Mary Ann Price (Bird); and his granddaughter Hannah. He is survived by: his wife Pearlita Price (Muirhead) of Bedias; his children, David Price (Britt) of Carlos, Charles Henry Lloyd "Chuck" Price of Bedias and Teresa Kott (Jay) of Bedias; his siblings, Johnny Price (Jeanie) of Caldwell and Martha Conrad (Kenneth) of Snook; his grandchildren, Maegen, Trisha, Jayme, Gavyn and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Royce and Aurora.
