She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Leal Batten and Rosa Annis Rosier Batten; her parents-in-law, J. A. Richards and Marie Richards; her brother-in-law Roger Richards; and her nieces and nephews, Wendy Batten, Cody Batten, Joey Batten and Leslie Marie Richards.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Richards; her children, Robin Wiese (Terry Wiese), Terri Linn Richards and Randall Richards (Liz Richards); her grandchildren, Chelsea Wiese and Paden Wiese (Paige Wiese); her great grandchild Jayce William Wiese; her siblings, Mary South, Bill (Patricia Batten), Dicky (Carolyn Batten), Pat Sustek Batten, George (Kay Batten), Henry (Jamie Batten), James (Sandy Batten), Deborah (Carty Hicks), Wallace (Debbie Richards), Clem (Lanny Smith) and Rusty (Shirley Richards); and her niece Bella.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
