She was predeceased by: her parents, David William and Ruth Teachout (Meigs); her husband William Boyes Hess of Hebron; and her siblings, Genevieve, David Jr. and Richard.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Kristi; her grandsons, Dillon Hess (Kristen) and Colton Hess; and her great grandchildren, Caden and Declan Hess. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the William B. Hess Athletics Endowment Fund (of Hebron, Nebraska) in care of David Hess, 1315 Bentley Ct., Southlake, TX 76092.
