He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Foster and Maud Foster (Tramel); his wife Virginia Rozel; his daughter Wanda Griffin; and his siblings, Jodie, Ferris Foster and Gladys Pearce.
He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Strebeck of Euless and Fredia Harris of Cuba; his grandchildren, Ernie Cote and Aimee Jaquez; his great grandchildren, Zoe, Foster Cote, Bianca Segundo and Michael Jaquez; his great great grandchild Olivia Segundo; and his siblings, Cozel Foster of Tyler, LaFrene Foster of Graham and RubyNell Norman of Canton. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
