He is survived by: his stepmother Lynn Smith; his wife Margaret Jinkens Smith; his sons, Michael S. Smith (Sharon) and Marcus L. Smith (Monica); his grandchildren, Ty Smith (Zawadi), Jared Smith (Jung-Min), Haley Barron (Bill) and Alicia Braun (Alex); and his siblings, Jim Bob Smith, Dennis Smith and Linda Gray (Dennis).
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Funeral Saint Timothy Cumberland Presbyterian Church (3001 Forest Ridge Dr, Bedford, TX 76021).
