He is survived by: his wife Annette Ewell; his children, Michael Lloyd Ewell and Renee Ewell Mosley; his stepson Richard Palmer; his grandchildren, Layla Hudson, Michael Palmer, Carrie McClung, Sarah Jones, Caitlin Ewell and Mandy Mosley; and his great grandchildren, Austin McClung, Adrianne Mielke, Madison Aaron, Tara Aaron and Douglas Adams.
