She is survived by: her husband Raymond T. Foulks, Jr. (Tom); her son Mark Bowers (Paula Bowers); her daughter-in-law Carla Bowers; her brother Melvin Cloninger; her grandchildren, Tyler Bowers (Ashley), Travis Bowers (Adriana), Taylor Recktenwald, David Elja (DA) and Tabitha Bonhert; her great grandchildren, Twincesses, Emerson Bowers, Aubrey Bowers, Aidan Bowers and Charley Vogel; and her nieces and nephews, Mitchell Reynolds, Bryan Amason, Polly Clements, Troy Amason, Dayna Amason, Leigh Ann Amason, Sharon Snow, Sandy Thacker, Patty Cloninger Fisher, Pam Cloninger Delabruere, Shandra Beck, Marita Blackshear, Leta Hawk and Alice Ann Hawk.
