She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Maureen Prater (Phillips) and T. G. Prater; and her siblings, Jerry Prater and Gwen Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Chris Courtney of Bedford, Tia Larson (Billie Speaks, III) of Fort Worth and Dakota Elliott of Camp Caroll; her boyfriend Ricky Elliott of Graford, Texas; her grandchildren, Billie Speaks, IV, Courtney Speaks and Ace RyLee Speaks; her nephew Terry Ballard (Tammy); her great-nephew Matthew; and her great-niece Jessica.
