She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Boyd Mulloy and Doris Mulloy (Richie); her husband Robert Lee Smith; and her sister Eva Mulloy. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Saxon (Alan), Beryl Olivit (Keith) and Sharon Szabo (Mark); and her grandchildren, Cory Scott Holbrook, Cara Leann Levenson, Whitney Lauren Detwiler and Kacey Lee Szabo. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
