He was predeceased by: his parents, Idell Pafford and Jay Pafford; his sister Franke Allan; and his brother-in-law Bill Allan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pafford. He is also survived by five children and their spouses, Mike Pafford (Sherry), Mark Pafford (Montie), Christopher Slaughter (Eddie), Clay Slaughter (Christy) and Mary Barbour (Steve); five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
