It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Allen Tyler in Bedford, Texas, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Allen Tyler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Tyler and Truman Tyler; and his wife Suzi. He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Bullard; his daughter Jamie McCurry (Ben); his sister Raine Tyler; his nieces and nephews, Nova Sanders and Monet Emert; and his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Porter, Sara Fry, Rachel Burgess and Rebecca Spaulding. He is also survived by spouses, and eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to Legacy Church of Christ's Missions Program, a program whose work Jim supported and cared about.
