He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Hicks Hollmann (Scot) and Melinda Hicks Evans (Tim); his grandchildren, Bryan (Franzi), Brad, Brooke Hollmann, Emily Horn (Travis), Audrey, William and Abigail Evans; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Ella Horn; his brothers, Felix Hicks, Richard Hicks (Nancy) and Earl Hicks; and his sister-in-law Jeanie Hicks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
