He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Robert Watts and Merle Moffett Watts; his sisters, Jo Marion Williams, Merle Rivette and Laurissa Hyatt; and his brothers-in-law, Rivette, Wilkes Williams and Ben Yount.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth of Hurst, Texas; his daughter Lori Elizabeth Watts; his daughter-in-law Samantha Raynes of Richland Hills, Texas; his sister Mary Lee Yount of Federal Way, Washington; and his brother-in-law Richard Hyatt of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, plus so many wonderful friends.
