He was predeceased by: his brother Gary King. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Campbell (Boone); his grandchildren, Calder and Davee Campbell; his brothers, Pete King (Camille) of Orient and Jeff King (Christina) of Dublin; and his nephews, Jason King (Avery) and Jared King (Maggie).
