Claude Cooper Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2021, at the age of 80, Claude Cooper Jr. of Bedford, Texas, born in Selma, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Cooper and Claude Cooper; his grandson Paul Michael Cooper; and his brother-in-law W. George Huffman. He is survived by: his children, James Franklin Cooper (Caren) of Bedford, Texas and Rachel Cooper Stewart (Clay) of Kalamazoo, Michigan; his grandchildren, Katie Cooper Brown (Mark), Sam Cooper (Cynthia), Ruth Cooper (Jeff Bales), Orion Godinez, Claudia Godinez Williams (Anthony) and Addison Godinez (Jamie); and his sisters, Virginia Cooper Downes and Sue Cooper Huffman. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
