She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Betty Lockie (Nolan) and Clyde Lockie; her husband Nolan Stout; her brother David Lockie; her children, Brian Stout (Amy), Keith Stout (Narressa), Gary Stout (Camille), Laura Garlow (Sean) and Kathryn Medrano (Derek); her grandchildren, Callie, Kirsten, Orion, Collin, Caroline, Michael, Olivia, Madison, Theodore and Maggie; and her brother Paul Lockie. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
