He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tom and Edna Pauline Powell Elliott; and his brother Thomas Howard Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Angie Elliott; his children, Tracie Elliott Wise (Nathan), Toni Elliott Nixon (Andy) and Terry Wayne Elliott (Jessica); his sister Sue Goehring (Lonnie); his sister-in-law Linda Elliott; his grandchildren, Braden Wise (Madi), Taylor Lindsay, Trey Lindsay, James Nixon, Tristan Nixon, Haley Nixon, Tanner Elliott, Sophie Elliott and Jackson Elliott; and his great grandchild Hudson Wise. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
