It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Chambers (Beckville, Texas), born in Big Spring, Texas, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Burt and Kate Elizabeth Woodson Trice; her husband James B. Chambers, Sr.; and her son James B. Chambers, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Glenda Reeder of Carthage, Buck K. Chambers (Kit) of Beckville and Gary Chambers (Tammy) of Beckville; her sister Mary Kathryn Franks of Carthage; and her siblings-in-law, Mary June Powell of LaPorte and Buck H. Chambers of Beckville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
