She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lowe and Opal Plummer Lowe; her husband Charles Raymond Burns; her children, John Raymond Burns and Deborah Sue Ellison; her grandchildren, Rachelle VanDeCarr, Tarah Ellison and Scott David VanDeCarr; and her sister Jean Merrifield.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki VanDeCarr; her grandchildren, Shelly Dragoo (Scott), Shandi Williams (Kendrick) and John Ellison (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Joel, Joshua, Rebekah, Micah, Selah Dragoo, Devon Wallace, Karston, Talynn Williams, Natalye and Rylee Jo Ellison; and her son-in-law Mike Ellison. She is also survived by her family, especially watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
