He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Weaver and Inez Porter Weaver; his wife Melba Louise Barton; his brothers, Hershel and Phillip Weaver; and his stepson Jimmy Brooks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Harris (Kim) of Beckville and JoNell Harris (Brad) of Beckville; his sisters, June Nutt (Andrew Nutt) of Beckville and Jane Cammack (Charles) of Beckville; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Avery Harris of Beckville, Brett Harris (Jordan) of Kansas and Blake Harris of Beckville.
