He was predeceased by: his brother Glynn Searcy; and his niece Nina Marie Newman. He is survived by: his children, Will Searcy (Tana) of Carthage, Jeff Searcy of Beckville, Shannon Meshell (Jimmy) of Beckville and April Searcy of Beckville; his sister Alice Searcy of Beckville; and his grandchildren, Dallas, Lacy, Heather, Gracie, Montana, Colton Searcy, Blair Thompson, Morgan, Logan Hall, Crissiona, Tori and King Smith.
