He was predeceased by: his father Earnest Neil Lowe, Sr.; and his son Jonathan Lowe. He is survived by: his mother Noverine Ray Goss Lowe; his wife Rhonda Lowe; his daughter Jaime Prior (Travis); and his siblings, Jackie Lowe, Debbie Miller (Steve), Michael Lowe and Margaret Joyner (Joe).
