He is survived by: his wife Angela Weaver of Beckville; his sons, Brian, Wade and Adam Weaver; his mother Elaine Weaver; his brother Slade Weaver (Sandra); his parents-in-law, Leona Wimberly (Wayne) and Robert Heller (Diana); his siblings-in-law, Amanda Myers (David), Shannon Kirkland (Rondall), Amanda Owens, Bryan Heller (Julie) and Chris Heller (Holly); and his aunts and uncles, Bonnie Miller, Ann Lewis, Noble Hudson, Mike Miller and Stanley Miller.
Memorials may be made to the Panola County Cancer Coalition or to Heart's Way Hospice.
