She is survived by: her children, Anthony Simeon Sala Jr., Heather Kathleen Sala and Stephanie Sala Fears; her granddaughter Elizabeth Grace Phillips (Kyle Phillips); her daughters, Katherine Conly Fears and Emma Rose Fears; her great grandchild Lucas Phillips; and her sister Joy Moore.
