He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna Lawrence Malain and Harold Ernest Malain; his brother Harold L. Malain (Patsy); and his brother-in-law Keith Sherman. He is survived by: his siblings, John Malain (Jolois) and Paula Malain Sherman of Beaumont. He is also survived by twenty-five great-nieces and nephews many of whom have spouses and have added great-great nieces and nephews.
