He is survived by: his brother Charles A. Dinkins; his nieces, Cindy A. Partin, Julie Dinkins and Jennifer Hammer; his nephew Jerry Dinkins, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Joan Dinkins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Follow St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica (700 Jefferson St, Beaumont, TX 77701). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica (700 Jefferson St, Beaumont, TX 77701). A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Follow Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
