He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Josephine Sheffler and Edgar Eugene Sheffler. He is survived by: his wife Pat Sheffler of Beaumont; his son Ryan (Chanelle Sheffler) of Houston, TX.; his grandchildren, Alexandra Sheffler, Beckham Sheffler, Dexter Sheffler, Fletcher Marichal, Harrison Marichal and Campbell Marichal; and his cousins, Anne Douglass (Dan) of Bradenton, Florida, Robby Sheffler of Palm City, Florida and Joan Smith of Louisville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
