He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennis Spradley and Zelda Spradley; his wife Lillie Spradley; and his sister Katy DiMayo. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Condie of Beaumont, David Spradley, Sr. (Brenda) of Vidor and Camille Farris (Sheb) of Frisco; his grandchildren, Andrew Condie, David Spradley, Jr., Natalie Holmes, Zac Condie, Mary Jannise, Libby Eischen and Merrick Farris; and his great grandchildren, Joan, Jack, Gabriel, John, Selah, Ellis, June, Cal, Atlas and Charlie.
