He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Aubuchon Baker and Samuel Baker; his brother Chester Baker; and his son Jeff Baker. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Baker; his children, Bruce Baker (Donna) of Texas City, Carla Ramsay (Michael) of Beaumont and Monte Baker (Norma Jean) of Bartow, Florida; his sister Barbara Ferguson of Baytown; and his grandchildren, Mandy Spell (Jeremy) of Dayton, Cody Thomas (Dana) of Dayton, Jeffrey Baker (Samantha) of Mont Belvieu, Madi Barraque (Garrett) of Beaumont, Zac Baker (Shenandoah) of Buna, Tyler Almanza of Austin, Sara Baker of Ashdown, Arkansas, Kennedy Hearn of Austin, Amanda Ramsay of Groves, Devon Decote (Clay) of Geismar, Louisiana, Aubrey Baker of Bartow, Florida, Isabella Baker of Bartow, Florida and Tricia Peterson (Justin) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
A reception was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broussard's Mortuary (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77713).
