We bid farewell to James Lewis Jr. of Beaumont, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 8, 2025 at the age of 72. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Latoya Lewis, James Lewis, III and Quarde Alfred; and his sisters, Yvonne Murray, Juanita Nelson, Janice Green and Nell Walker (Don).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calvary Mortuary (1225 S 7th St, Beaumont, TX 77701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Mortuary Chapel (1225 S 7th St, Beaumont, TX 77701).
