She was predeceased by: her parents, George Boyd and Maybelle Boyd; and her husband Joel O. Soileau. She is survived by: her daughter Diane May (Vic) of Port Neches; her grandchildren, Lauren Abbott (Kyle) and Victoria Angus (Cxadi); her great grandchildren, Quinn, Asher, Parker, Cole, Sawyer and Baby Abbott; her brother Philip Boyd (Sheila) of Lumberton; and her nephew Justin Boyd Adilynn (Michelle) of Deer Park.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Melancon Levingston Funeral Home (2001 Nall St, Port Neches, TX 77651). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
Also in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Roy Esquivel scholarship at First Baptist Church Port Neches.
