He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lemell, Sr. and Virgie Gordon Lemell; and his siblings, Charles Ray Lemell, Gloria Jean Warner and Shelia Camille Traylor.
He is survived by: his wife Willie Mae Lemell; his children, Fred Lemell III, Bradford Lowe, Jr. (Maria), Natasha Lovelace (Melvin), Tamara Stewart (Andrew) and Paris Lemell; and his sisters, Peggy Keys, Deborah Montaque and Cathy Cole. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church (3755 Fannett Rd, Beaumont, TX 77705). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Live Oak Memorial Park (12563 W Port Arthur Rd, Beaumont, TX 77705).
