He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rubio and Betty Rubio. He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Alfaro of Beaumont, Theresa Rubio of Beaumont and Linda Rubio of Carrollton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (4955 Pine St, Beaumont, TX 77703).
