He was predeceased by: his parents, Delma Ray Middleton and Lillian Middleton; and his brothers, Paul Edgar Middleton, Arthur Lee Middleton and Danny Ray Middleton.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Middleton of Texas City, TX; his children, Rebecca Middleton Johnson (Charles) of Vidor, TX, Nicole McCollister (Mark) of Livingston, LA and Torie Ford (Mychal) of Beaumont, TX; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Johnson, Brittany Johnson Kovac, Beaux Hebert, Niki McCollister Cowart and Eric McCollister. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor (1750 TX-12, Vidor, TX 77662). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the Restlawn Memorial Park (2725 N Main St, Vidor, TX 77662).
