She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Phillips (George Mayo) and Doris; her husband Robert Edward Frazier, Jr.; her sons, Robert Frazier, III (Buddy) and Michael Frazier; her siblings, Georgia Knowles and Kenneth Mayo; and her granddaughter Holly Elizabeth Blanchette.
She is survived by: her friend Elizabeth; her sister Dorothy Baker Smith; her daughter Elizabeth Frazier Accardo (Sam); her grandchildren, Stephanie Blanchette, Mallory Ewing (Michael), Chelsea Frazier and Katie Frazier; her great grandchildren, Holly, Hunter, Hayden, Harper, Abigail, Hank and Jasper; her child Indian; and her caregivers, Cathy, Joje, Lydia, Leah, Marie and Michelle.
