She is survived by: her husband Owen Bartels, Jr.; her children, Randy Ahrlett of Penn and Stacy Ahrlett of Baytown; and her siblings, Joanna Smith, Denise Trammell of Kansas City, Kansas, Angela Garcia of Houston and John Allen Garcia of Pasadena. She is also survived by Six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
