She is survived by: her mother Emma Cortez Mendoza; her husband Francisco Rangel, Sr. (Frank); her children, Emilia Quiroga (Willy Quiroga, Jr.) and Gregory Alonso; her stepchildren, Jason Rangel (Jessica Flores) and Ophelia Morales (Chris Morales); her siblings, Joe Mendoza, Manuel Mendoza (Emma) and Karen Mendoza; and her close friend Larry Martinez. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
