He was predeceased by: his father Joe Denley; and his daughter Ranisha Coleman. He is survived by: his mother Cleatta Hayward (Hardison); his wife Tamika Mitchell; his daughter Deborah Denley; his siblings, Harold Carter and Frances Allen; his grandchildren, Damari Monroe, Damaya Pellerin, Dayton Denley, Danayla Denley, Ajee Coleman and Pradeja Coleman; and his great grandchildren, Damaya Sante, Frederick Thomas and Malique Eaton.
