It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Rhea Kelley (Baytown, Texas), who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester L. Kelley and Grace Shoemaker Kelley; his son Dennis Kelley of Grapevine, TX; his granddaughter Lyla Kelley of Grapevine, TX; his stepson Eddie Wilbanks (Jill) of Rio Vista, TX; his grandchildren, Chase and Caroline; his sisters, Nancy Kennedy of Baytown and Peggy Hearn (Norman) of Troupe, TX; his nephew Brian of Houston, TX.; and his cousins, Monica and Amy Allnutt.
