She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Juarez; her stepfather Jose Juarez; her children, Ruben David Ortiz and Aryana Ymari Ortiz; her husband Khristian Ortiz; her siblings, Valentin Jose Lazo, Robert Lazo, Manuel Arismendez, Soledad Lazo, Maribel Lazo-Cruz, Karina Garcia and Priscilla Dimayuga; and her siblings-in-law, Vianey Villarreal and Jorge Cruz (Joel Dimayuga). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
