He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Ferman and Margaret Wells Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Leona Harvey of Baytown; his children, Buddy Harvey (Phyllis), Cheryl Wilson, Bobby Harvey (Cindy), Keith Harvey (Loretta) and Rusty Harvey (Susan); and his brother Don Harvey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
